A few things people usually write about:
- A hint or explanation looks wrong. Tell me the difficulty and roughly what the board looked like — it helps me track it down.
- Something's broken on your phone or browser. Mentioning which one saves us both time.
- An idea for a feature or a Sudoku variant you'd love to see.
- A correction to one of the guides. I'd rather they be right.
